Some of u guys know that I play baseball (i think) well in anycase, I am going into my 3rd year of university @ York University and for those years, York University does not support our club and last year because of growing talent we finished 10-4 winning our division and went to the Nationals.

Annual team fees cost 250 dollars/player and if we go to Cape Breton for Nationals again that's about $575

York Baseball News
The York University baseball team is a self-funded program, at York University. Each player is asked to play their own way($250), once they make the team. It is important that all players look towards seeking sponsorship to help reduce the cost of playing.

The 2005 National baseball Tournament will be held in Cape Breton. Just like last year, Sport York WILL NOT help finance the cost of travel and lodging, should we make that far. It is up to the team once again, to find the suitable finances for this event. On behalf of the coaching staff, we will try to exhaust all avenues to help finance this team. However, we need the help of others who can offer us oppprtunities. So far, the cost of going to the Nationals in Cape Breton, NS is $575. We need sponsorship ladies and gentlemen.

York Baseball is looking for 2005 Sponsors

We are looking for sponsors for the ball team. We have advertising spots both, on and off the field. As an added bonus, we can advertise on our website. For a sponsorship package, please contact Head Coach Colin Cummins at 416 660 6689 or email him at ccummins@yorku.ca

ps: I am not asking nor expect individual donations at all

What I am asking though is some help on the information front, i.e if you guys know of any businesses that would be willing to sponsor the team
Thanx.
