Hm. Choppy window resize ?

Well, for some reason, my window resize looks extremely choppy and like garbage..
It just started happening, it must have something to do with my new video card install...
but is there any reason why it would start? Is there something I need to uncheck, or what?

Did you install the latest drivers for your video card?

check or change video settings could be something as simple as a poor
refresh rate.

Refresh rate is at 80 or 85..
I've got the newest catalyst drivers for the x800
