Personally I would like to see space ( The Imagionationation station ) air more sci fi shows like the the origional Twilite Zone, perhaps the outer limits, and lost in space....I dunno but I dont know what Buffy the vampire slayer..or Relic hunter has to do with Sci-Fi.

Season 9 of sg1 has been a bit of a letdown so far unfortunately. Not bad but I'm not sure if they can recover from losing RDA and having killed off all of their enemies - even if there is now a new one. As for torrents, you'll have to do a search, they're not too hard to find. On the upside SG Atlantis S2 is pretty good thus far and is available on one of the movie networks. Battlestar Galactica S2 is decent too.

I saw space advertise that they are bringing back Battle Star Galactica ( the original series .....starting in the fall, I can't get into the new series for some reason I guess I am to used to the Original series I dunno.

I like the new one but it took me a while to get into it. I watched the mini series a couple of times, got to know the characters better and it made a difference. The cast is really really good and it's got a rough edge to it that's quite appealing. Edward James Olmos brings a lot with him to the show. It's not the same series as the original show, it think it's necessary to look at it that way and accept the new series on it's merits instead of looking for the old show within it.

I'm wondering if the new Baltar was Dr. Bashir on DS9? He does a really good job on that part, and it was also cool to see Richard Hatch make a couple of cameo appearences.
I still miss Lorne Grene as Commander Adama

No, different actors. I didn't recognize Richard Hatch the first time he appeared but it's nice to have his stamp of approval on the series.
Lorne Greene was a wonderful Adama but kudos to Edward James Olmos for reviving it with such depth of character
Edward James Olmos is great. I particularly liked him in Miami Vice. He's got quite a curriculum vitae:

He's changed a lot since those days but he still has a real presence. He volunteers a lot of time helping needy and troubled children too.

Yes, I know what you mean Lesley. I used to like his deep whispery voice in Miami Vice though. I've seen him in Selena. He was excellent in that. I'm not a sci-fi buff so I haven't seen him in his sci-fi work.

ummmmtorrents, okay best I not comment too much on those due to the controversy surrounding downloading, but personally I find torrents are extreamly slow and one can not disable the uploads...

Seriously the Space Channel is quite dissapointing in its programming. I was wondering if any of you know if the X-Files are being carried by any channels (preferably between Rogers channels 2 to 71 because I dont have anything other than that).

I would also love to see these shows brought back:)
While Buffy and Relic hunter are okay shows with nice looking chicks I have to agree how are they related to space or sci-fi:mbx:

Remember when Space first premiered? They had actual Sci-Fi like Space 1999, Blake's 7 and Dr. Who. They were running Dr. Who right from the first episode... I think they pulled it before they got close to the Tom Baker years...

:( LookTV took Spike away in January, in the guise of making room for something else.
BS. I think they just didn't want to pay whatever Spike was asking for their feed.
Cheap *******os.

I agree. I like relic hunter though but its on City anyway during the day. definitely doesnt belong on the sci fi channel.
Outer limits and twilight zone would be awesome to have on there.
