View Full Version : Computer doesn't boot up after shut down

If it's on after taking out the plug, and fooling around with the switch in the back if you shut down you'll have a hard time turning it on again.
p3 1ghz 256 mb ram win xp

Nor sure what is your question...? are you having problems starting your pc? .

yes, it was happening for a while i posted here and was told to make sure their isn't a loose wire inside, so i opened it up and secured the connections.
Went to boot it up, and it worked fine. But as soon as you shut down the computer, it's hard to get it working again.
You gotta flick the switch and the back of the pc and turn it on, how many times though is the luck of the draw unfortunately
Bad power supply/motherboard capacitors/power switch/motherboard or the case is shorting something out.
