I was just agog at any kind of thing that I'd never even heard of....I'll take your word for it though Frogy....I've also heard the under-the-breath adjectives that accompanied their installation!:eri:

wax ones still make a good seal but never put hot liquid down
the toilet remember wax melts. rubber is ok but can be affected
by chemicals used in cleaning but are not affected by heat.
