what would the ladies and gentlemen of the computer mechanics family suggest in a bluetooth handfree accessories for a cell phone ?

They are pretty much all the same. Pick which one you think works for your setup/ear.

Well there are actually a few different types. There are the boom type and the type that have a flip out boom. I personally prefer Motorola blue tooth headsets, they are good quality and not too expensive. I have the HB300 and the HB850, both are great headsets, the 300 is nice because it takes a single AAA battery which lasts a month, but it makes it a little heavier then the 850 which you have to charge with a charging cable. Expect to pay upwards of $100 for a decent BT headset.

I use the Motorola HS850 and I like it.

I also use it with a USB BT dongle on my PC to make calls with Skype or Yahoo Messenger.

I have the HS820. Internal Battery, lasts awhile(forget the times). Quick to charge. Works pretty much any place in the house, well over 30ft.

what is the hb300, hb850 outside? when it is windy outdoors how are they?

The 850 is a little better then the 300, thats about all I can tell you, I don't often find myself outside in windy conditions using my headset.
