how to add funds to my phone

Hi, i have a rogers pay as you go cell.
i was told to dial 1111 to check my balance and add funds there,
but it dosent work, it says the number is invalid. does any1 know the number

Adding more time by phone:

1. Dial *611 or 1-800-575-9090 to access the Self-Care Customer Service voice recording.
2. Follow the Self-Care instructions including saying or entering your wireless number and then saying or entering your PIN number.
3. Enter or say your new 14 digit card number.
4. Once your card number has been entered, the money will be available for use in your account.
