I have a DI-604 A,B,C Version. It is not working. All of a sudden, I didn't have connection to all my computers. I looked at the device and the power LED light was on. The WAN wasn't and 1 of the 3 the computers had a blinking light and the rest (two) didn't have lights. I tried resting, unplugging. and even changed the WAN chord still same thing. I restarted the computers same thing! Please help!

Update the firmware if possible, otherwise call tech support

Encountered such a scenario few weeks back,
Electrical spike/surge had damaged the individuals' Cable/DSL router...

D-Link support e-mailed me back asking for my model and make of my modem.

"The make of my modem is WebSTAR, by Scientific Atlanta (This is the
logo on the modem). And the model is DPX2100." This is what I sent them.

When, everything is connected up, each computer has the network icon, showing it's trying to connect, then it is connected for about one second and then it says "The network cable is unplugged". Not exactly that I think, but what of the likes. I have Internet now, through direct connection.

The problem wasn't fixed. And I bought a new router and it works. D-Link offered to exchange it, but I lost the proof of purchase.
