I know this is not the time of the year to think about heating...BUT it won't be

long:) ...I am thinking about getting a supplementary woodstove, but have to

look at the economics, before i decide..

Question: Has anyone here bought any firewood during the last year ? And if

yes, how much did you shell out for a face cord?

It varies from one area to another and what kind of wood is in the cord, in London it ranges from $60 to $120. You want a decent misture of hard wood. Make sure you are there for the delivery and inspect the wood before the off load. Make sure it is seasoned (about 2yrs is good)
