dont know if WoW has ladder stats if the do look for a website that displays those stats.

The only way is if your guild operates a roster like WoW Roster or you set yourself a profile on ctprofiles.net, but it's not as nice as WoW Roster.

Have a look at our roster here http://www.team-undercover.net/roster/ and tell your guild master to implement it. :)
