can't see what i'm typing in the shout box its too small ,plus i can't find the Arcade button in legacy theme.:(

Try logging out then back in. After that under quick links, turn the sidebar off. Give that a go.

I just turned sidebar "on" and got the exact screen as your screenshot. Turning it off will do the trick.

That happens to me when i run google desktop on the side. you must be running in a low resolution for that to happen just because of the TCM sidebar
