Ok, so for the last 4 days, I've had this pain on the right side of my chest, more like middle of my upper chest, maybe more towards the heart.
Anyways, it just hurts when I breathe in deep, or exale all my oxygen. Sometimes it hurts if I laugh, but not all the time...
Just wondering what you think it could be.
I don't smoke, never have..
I've been working on my chest excersizes more.
There's no tightness in my chest.
And there's not always pain, and I have no loss of breath...
Just wondering, what you think it could be...

Best advice you are going to get here at T.C.M. is seek medical attention.
Any other advice would be a guess.
Go see a Doctor.

a checkup is always a good idea .

don't worry though your fine though just give the muscle sometime to heal.

Best advice is to see a Dr about this as mentioned above, I found out about a year ago that I have a narrowing of the aorta and this sometimes causes chest pains also .. I am not trying to scare you or anything but I didn't know I had this so it is best to find out what is going on for sure, chest pain is nothing to just brush aside.

Too many possibilities .... ulcer, hiatus hernia, pulled muscle, yada yada yada ... get to a doctor and have yourself checked-out. Not something to ignore. Could be very minor and not going will just make it seem worse through worry and anxiety (another cause).

Let us know what they find out.

I've been working on my chest exercises more.
If you are working with weights, you might have pulled a cartilage in your chest. As with most core injuries, it hurts like hell no matter what you are doing.

Give it a rest, but see a doctor if you don't see some improvement soon.
