Neverwinter Nights 2?

Anyone playing this? Just wondering what it's like compared to the first one. I loved the first one but #2 seems to be from different developers.

I played NWN 1 it was pretty good , good story & graphics.
From what I have read it seems that NWN 2 needs a pretty decent video card to run properly.
If you turn off or turn down some of the effects like shadows & lighting it should run okay with decent frame rates. With everything turned on you need a really high-end card something like Nvidea 8800 GTX to have all the eye candy!
It seems that for alot of games you need to upgrade your hardware just to play them!
I like my gaming but I am not gonna fork out almost $1000 for a video card!!
Still I am gonna grab a copy of NWN 2 this weekend.

Hmm, thanks for the info. I didn't find a demo for it so I'm not sure about my video card (Radeon 9600). I'll probably cave in and pick it up this week.

Twan your card should be fine. You could turn down or off some of the features in the game. I mean how much "Shadow or lighting" does someone need to see!!
The point is to PLAY the game not stare at it, right!!
