Telus & LG490 question

I am trying to get some new images for my phone to customize it but the messages are not being sent, it seems.
The images are from the telusmobility.com website & I am logged in as well.
I have tried about 6 different times & have received no messages to get the image after clicking BUY.

Any ideas??

Ok, I tried again today & I got a message this time. But the damn link is so long to enter into the phone's browser. They had to send 2 messages so I got it all.
Why can't they make it easier for phones?

Now it's telling me unsupported content type.
Would that be cause of some letters not being uppercase when it is in the message sent to me?

Ok, can anyone tell me if uppercase/lowercase make a difference in an URL and what does it mean when it says "unsupported content type"?

i havent tried images but i know its the same thing when i try to download ringtones i cant do it through the website like i did with my old phone which i really regret giving up now cause now i have to go through like 6 webpages just to get to the ringtone i want

I know what that is like, not receiving web alerts from trying to download images or ringtones from your pc to your phone. I've been having this problem since April of last year openning ticket number after ticket number with them. I received several different answers from Telus regarding this problem to no avail. Finally, call LG the manufacturer and they told me that this phone is not designed to work that way.


It's really a shame since my last phone LG 5450 did. Apparently they rushed this phone out, with alot of bugs and have discontinued working on it.

I would contact Telus, as you will be charged for all messages whether received or not.
