Im looking at adding another 512 MB of DDR400 Ram to my system mainly for games like Battlefield 2 and Video Editing, The 512 Stick i have in their now is a Samsung 512 MB PC3200 DDR400 Ram, What would be the best stick to put in their that i can get from canada computers (since its really easy for me to get their) that wont cost a fortune but will be fast enough (my current one is 400 mhz, 3.2 GB/s)? And how easily will Windows XP Detect it?
It should be a PC3200 identical module of equal or lower latency. You don't need more memory though, as 512Mb is sufficient for the majority of systems.

Its good enough for most stuff, but not for battlefield 2, Does it matter which brand? Aslong as its the same speed and type right?
Nope - just make sure that you put it in the right slot for dual channel mode. (usually color coded on the motherboard - check manual for more details)

Well, than just pop it in - can't go wrong.
