Hey all,
I just formatted my comp and installed winxp and now i have to reset my network. I want to set up a network between two Xp home computer. Can you please help?

What you mean you want to reset the network?...Only thing you did was reinstall your OS.
Please explain exactly what you would like to do.

Why would you want to 'Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP'?
TCP/IP is more stable then NetBIOS and if you are using the internet from any of these computers you only want to use TCP/IP.
All you really need to do is plug the cable back in and the computer should get an IP from the DHCP. If you don't have DHCP, then you will need to provide a static IP for it.

I think i got it working...all i had to do was add a "network place" and everything is back...
