I'm considering upgrading to Vista Business and am shocked to read that Vista will need at least 15 GB!

How much disk space I will actually need to reserve just for a Vista partition (i.e., apps will be installed on another partition)?

TIA.

Be save have at leat 15 GB free, installed it on a empty 320 gig drive in a dual boot configuration. I Was surprised with how many of my toys were no longer sipported.

Thanks for the replies.

On second thought, I think I'll pass on Vista until I get a new PC :)

DreamLord, tell us the truth. Is Vista Viable and stable on your sig computer? I'm on the bubble thinking about it but scared at the same time.

It's stable but third party driver support is not there yet. Otherwise it's stable as XP Pro I suppose. Haven't had any issues yet.

I have Vista Ultimate on my sig below and it's only on a 20 GB (18.6 actual) disk drive. Still have 10GB free on the drive after install.

I have not had any issues what so ever.
Yes, the drivers are just basically betas right now but they work for me so far.
