Converting AVI to VCD

Does anyone know of a good program to convert an AVI file to a VCD file? I do not care if I need to pay for this program. I just need something to take my AVI videos and convert them to burn to a CD to play on my DVD player since I do not have a DVD burner.

Roxio Dvd creator has a vcd and svcd function built in, give it a try.

TMPGenc 3.0 works great to convert, then you can use VCDEasy or Nero to burn to disk.
