Sorry if this looks like an ad, I have nothing to do with the cafe, other than having coffee there once in awhile talking to the owner and some of the Linux rounders about windows vs Lindux. Free net connection, Linux of course. The website has user forums, worth checking out and I think there's an enewsletter

Linuxcaffe in west toronto is devoted helping only Linux users. Linux newbies hang around and guru's visit, consultants pin their cards to the bulletin board and Linux authors make their books available for sale. You also get the latest versions and personal opinions from the owner David J Patrick, a Linux guru. Cafe holds weekly Linux user forums for newbies and otherwise.

Linuxcaffe, 326 Harbord Street at Grace in west Toronto. 416-534-2116. Website: http://www.linuxcaffe.ca/ has a nice outdoor patio, and the place is on the north east corner of Harbord at Grace which is oneway south.
