Problem upload pictures to a board? :(

My fiancee has bought a nice new eMac with Mac OS X.

She is trying to include pictures in her postings on a board called "Life long friends are made here forever".

When she used her PC running Windows XP to include a picture in a posting on that board, the picture appears inside the posting.

Now... :(
She is using her new eMac running Mac OS X.
Whenever she tries to include a picture with her posting, the picture only shows up as a link instead of the picutre showing inside the posting.

Any ideas as how to "fix" this problem.
