wireless network

l am trying to set up a wireless home network at home so when l go to network places it tells me to insert a 3/12 floppy to put the info on my problem is my new computer only has a cd in it and no floppy can anyone help me on how l can put it on a cd and not a floppy .

Are you using Windows wireless setup? You should be able to set up your wireless network through the router and bypass Windows setup. You wouldn't need a floppy then. What router are you using?

l am using a microsoft mn500 base and a mn 510 wireless usb adapter.
