few shows coming

this thursday (22nd) in Hamilton at the Underground 11PM, and March 1st at the rivoli in TO, at 11PM.

I'm also playing with Carole Pope/Rough Trade at their induction into the Canadian indie hall of fame at the awards show at Kool Haus on the 7th. There's a full show the following night presented by The Hard Rock Cafe.

not sure about the award show, but yes on the full. It's fun to do it, I've done that, and all contact, and weapons a number of times now. :)

Rough Trade was ahead of its time, but still managed to find a degree of commercial success here in Canada, and they also had a strong "cult" following as well.

What Carole doing now (other than the odd gig)? - do you know?

I saw them at Humber College, I think in 75 or 76. I saw them on TV before so I knew of them. I really wanted to see them. They played the Friday night pub night. They had a "dancer" guy dancing on the dance floor. I think, he was with them anyways. That's all I remember about the night, oh yeah, I think I had a lot of fun.That's about it. That was pub night for you. After that they became quite popular.
