When installing new keyboard does the drivers etc. for the old one have to be removed (deleted).?
Running Windows ME Standard Microsoft Natural Keyboard.
Replacing with newer Microsoft Keyboard but Comp. won`t recognise
IntelliType Pro software
Rogers H.Speed internet 256 MB Ram

just install the new drivers and reboot at least thats the way I did with my 98se.
it would be best to follow any instructions that came with the new keyboard.
in most cases if you have the new drivers installed and need to reinstall or update
them then removing the drivers is necessary.
the stock windows drivers will install themselves when no other keyboard driver
is present
