People must have pretty pathetic lives, when one has to resort to cheating to achieve what one cannot otherwise.

The T.C.M Arcade is a place to challenge and play the odd game granted, but to actually manipulate the program just to get a high score.

Pretty sad people!!!!

My point exactly, not everyone can play or even load the page, or get into the arcade for that matter.

We spend some time there playing, challenging ourselves to get better at a game or two, then the powers that be here at this web site choose to scrap all previous high scores and then sit idly by when others figure out code, or use a cheat to capture what they could not have otherwise.

Its like at P.O.G.O for example there are some people that use programs to automatically play the casino games. Its like these people have no idea that they are only fooling themselves.

Now this seems to be happening at T.C.M, by design? Les would know that, by vunerable code? Who is to say.

I guess my point is if your gonna have these games on your site then at least lets have play fair!!

That is to say maybe Les Shaw likes cater to these type of people, cheats and what not.

Who knows really, after all its not really life it is after all just games. I don't cheat that i do know, although the code on these games can be cracked very easilly it does not make it right!

My guess is after the disruption of the board something is not quite right. Not really fair of you to throw accusations around without knowing the facts. You could have sent Les or Deb a PM with your concerns instead of making alot of fuss over nohting imo.

First off, let it be known that I did NOT write the code for the Arcade. Someone else was kind enough to do so and made it available free for all of us to enjoy.

Second, the arcade is not working in some of the themes, I have to add it all back in, one theme at a time. As you can imagine, this process can be very time consuming.

Third, this is the first I've heard of the arcade being exploited in some way. In reading your message, I don't know what the root of the problem is because within the entire rant, you've not mentioned exactly what you've experienced.

Fourth, why the attack on Les in regards to cheating in the arcade?? Are you saying he did this?

For your information, my time is not spent "sitting idly by". You have no idea what I have on my plate...

First thing first, I AM NOT ACCUSING ANYONE OF CHEATING!

And second the cheats know who they are!

Les and Deb you guys seem to know what your doing this site has been a valuable resource and i am not trying to insult you or accuse you guys of doing anything wrong. That said you did answer my question in a way, the code was written by someone else. Thank you for clearing this up.

I do know that once in awhile you have to clean house so to speak.

When i am playing a game here, my.... how can i put this, i can load lets say penguin bashing or what ever, i do not have to touch keyboard or mouse, the game plays by itself!

I have to fight for control of my mouse and keyboard at times not all the time but at times.

Now i know its my responsibility to secure my own system, but i find it real strange that i can play any game at yahoo, msn zone, pogo, slingo, etc.... and have never had this kinda problem. It just seems to happen here!

So does this mean someone in the t.c.m community is hacking or cracking whatever you want to call it. Who knows for sure, my point was to bring it to your attention and see if we all can root out the problem. enuff said i hope
