Sounds great. Every Moroccan dish I've tried has been really tasty.

Sounds great, Lesley...think I'll try that next week...not a big fan of raisins in my main dish...but I'll give it a try first before I decide ;)

Thanks

Yes I too love raisins especially homemade...just not a fan (usually) of them in my main course...perfer them in the rice pudding for dessert ;)

I'm gonna try it but I'm using diced pineapple instead of raisins.

Are you using the cinnamon or just the nutmeg? ;)

I've taken out a couple of pounds of chicken wings, I may just give this a try. :)

edit= Confirmed, TB's going to get the missing ingredient, almond slivers as I don't have enough. :) Home made fries too. :d

I'm glad you liked it Frogy. I tried it with pork the last time but next time I'll try your chicken wing idea.

How did it work out with pineapple instead of raisins glowstick?

I finished them off by transferring them to a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and then basting them with the sauce. I was cooking at 375 in the deep pan and finished them off at the same for about 10-15 minutes. Finger licking good. :)
