thunk.exe INF file is missing?

I just installed the 64bit edition of windows xp pro.
And when it came to installing my video drivers, I had to obtain the x64 drivers from ati.com

However, the ATI control panel installs just fine, but when its installing the driver it says "thunk.exe INF file is missing", and closes. The driver fails to install.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

oops, forgot to edit that, and include in my post that I'm working with a Radeon 9200

and that program looks as if it is to be used on laptops?
