CCPlus program

I copied the program CCPlus (Create Calendar Plus) from my computer (XP)
to my husband's XP and when I try to run it, it gives me this message
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not
have the appropriate permissions to access the item"
I checked and the attribute is A.
When I emailed the .exe file, I had to rename it to .doc
On my husband's system I renamed it to .exe
I went to Administrative Tools and I can't find where I can change
the permissions.
How do I get this to work? :rrg:

If you just copied the 'exe' the program will not work. You need to install the whole program. If it was a download, you will need to copy the downloaded program or download it again to the other computer.
If it was on a disk, you will need to use the disk to install the program again.

If i'm way off here and all you need to do is change the permissions, just right click the file and go to 'properties'. You will find the permissions tab there.
