Exporting Emails and Address book from Netscape

How do I export my emails and and address book from Netscape? I would like to be able to export them to outlook express on a new PC. Is this possible to do?

export addys as a windows csv file and emails can be done exporting then inporting using oe

Problem is I can't figure out how to export the emails. I was able to get the addy's thx for that Scott, but don't know where to go for the export function for the emails themselves. (the help file is surprise surprise not that helpful).

Stick with Netscape mail unless you like removing viruses.
