I've just made my major shift toward linux.
Dual booting with XP and only using it to game.

I have succesfully installed SUSE 9.3 the 32bit version.
I just noticed that their is a 64bit version.
I have an A64 3200 will upgrading to 64bit make a big difference?

In short, yes. That's of course depends on your usage but you will probably see noticeable performance increase.
