Windows installing box comes up whenever I right click on anything. It wants to configure a program I no longer have. If I say OK it tells me it is on a network source that is unavailable. This also happens when I left click on edit. I have gone through all folders to find this program and I have performed a full search but it dosent show up. What can I do next?

Try reinstalling the program in the same place as it was before and then uninstall it again.
When it's done the uninstall, check to see if it says "Done Completely" or "Some files remain" or anything like that...
If there are, notice what they are and where they are so you can manually delete them.

I agree with the Dr.
It sounds like the program was not completely removed.
Also, check to see if the program is set to start automatically with Windows. Look in the startup folder in the start menu and run msconfig to see if it's there.

Alternately, make sure that you have "show hidden/system files" activated and do a search on the .exe file. That should locate the appropriate location. Then you can do a manual deletion of the appropriate folders & files. Run msconfig as suggested and make sure it's not in your startup or boot. Run CCleaner and scan for issues, perform removal and then activate CCleaner to scan on boot and reboot allowing it to clean out any other crap in your registry. ( even after an uninstall via the programs self removal, there are always lingering entriess in the registry)
Reboot to safe mode and defrag. Reboot to normal boot allowing CCleaner to scan for issues again. Test the right click and if all is well, deactivate CCleaner on boot and reboot again and enjoy your system.
Hope that works.
