OK so we bought this house 1 year ago,nice place I say. This is our second flip. !st one we made 80.000, this one only 40.000, all we did with this one was add a hottub! Last one major renos. Now I need a new house by the end of May! Have my eye on a nice property in Arthur, I need to know if this is a practical area. Large gardens,inground pool,built in ap
