hard drives sleep

I leave my computer on all the time..
This is an ongoing issue, If I don't use my computer for a certain lenght of time say 1 hr maybe shorter or longer..
When I click on a harddrive to access it, it takes a few seconds to spin back up, like it also went to sleep?
Is there anyway to stop this?

Go into your power options in the control panel and turn it all off.
