I have recieved a video mesage from a friend when i try to open it it says "please register your picture Msg account now." then i click continuethe a screen comes up that says "Set Password" at the top then under it it says "Enter a 4-32 digit or character password for your account." then i enter one and it says "loading" then the same screen pops up i cant get past it i tried calling bell the guy i talked with could hardley speak english so if you could help i would apricaite it

i entered a all number password and it took me to a license agreement, which i declined since i cant afford any extra services for my phone right now.

did it give you that agreement too? if so accept it, if they want you to re-log in afterwards try it, and let me know what happens. if it still doesn't work, take the phone into a bellworld store and ask them for help. i dont use customer service by phone, as its mostly from overseas and english out there ISN'T a first (or a 2nd or 3rd or 4th) language for many people.

i did not ask me for a agrement so i will take it to the bell store where i purchesed ot thank you for the help

I just had the same problem. I'm with Bell and called where I got it through and they said when I received the phone I should have gotten a password texted to me along with my voice mail password. So I just had to call *611 and ask customer service to send a text with the password.

i tried calling them but the guy i was talking to was dumb i waited for hoalf and hour to final talk to him then after about 10 min of me trying to explain he tried to transpher me to some other place then i just hung up

The password is the same password as your security password on your phone
If you forgot that just type in your number on the bell site and they txt you it...
