this application has encountered a critical error: the instruction at "0x00484044" referenced memory at "0x02433000" The memory could not be read .. i keep getting this error and computer shuts down and restarts by self all the time i just bot new hard drive. Was doing the same thing with the old hard drive. I need help.

Most likely you need to run a memory test just to make sure it is not the memory that is actually causing this problem. Sometimes I've seen Windows being corrupt that way as well.
