Can’t Remove MyDoom virus

I run AVG daily and it finds the same infection daily. In C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 it finds _ntrapi.dll and removes it. I run the checker again and it comes up clean. Later in the day the file is back. How do I remove this permanently?:rrg:

Thanks, Bluvertigo, but the scan came up clean. I'm also having a problem with my IE - it shuts itself down when I try to do something. For example, I can't send emails from my Hotmail account. I type the letter and click on "Send" and my IE closes. Are these problems related?
