Does that even sound right?
I had no real issues when using the previous bios of 0608. I was able to OC to 3.1 but now with this new bios of 0703, I can't OC to 3GHz. It posts just fine but when it gets to the windows loading screen, it stops.

Maybe the memory timings are whack?

Using the same as I was before.
5-5-5-12 2t.
Been using them almost since I got the quad.
I had to go from the included bios to 0603 to be able to OC & now that I updated it, I can't OC again.
Tried upping the memory voltage & it didn't help. Didn't matter what vcore I used either.

Just a question.
if you had no real issues why did you update the bios?
did you backup/save the old bois?
if so you should be abel to flash it back.

I say if you can, go back to your previous bios as mentioned above by Ken.

Ken, I updated it due to more support for newer cpus.
I originally had to update due to the fact that the original bios that came with the mobo didn't allow me to OC at again.
And yes, I kept the old one. :)
