I need to find OutlookSwitcher.exe for a tungsten t3

I was given a Tungsten T3 by a friend of mine. He upgraded to a all in one unit phone ect. He gave me everything but the install disk that came with it. He has no idea were it is. I have done some research and palm as I have seen is not very useful. I have discovered that I need a file called OutlookSwitcher.exe. If anyone has it or can tell me were to get it please let me know. I am stuck without it.
I really need the install disk but I can get by with this file.

Nope. They have programs there I can use but it is OutlookSwitcher.exe is what you need for things to work right. I have already read on a number of other sites about this problem.
