a folder keeps appearing on my desktop space that says "Logs" and inside i'd find a txt file that says "cpu.log" and this is the content

i usually delete it and it keeps coming back every 15m, this has never happened b4, can some1 tell me why this is happening?

win xp pro, p4 2.4, radeon 9700 pro, 512, Soundblaster live

And you're probably using the desktop icon to start it too. It's something that was introduced with patch 1.6...

Go in the properties of the icon and specify the WoW path in the "Start in" box (which is probably currently empty).

Or delete the icon and drag a new copy from the START menu.
