Another thing to remember is that you may have some pop up blocker on your machine.. do you run any spyware software? If so, some programs have an option to block flash and Java and the like.. check to see if they are set to block.

Did you go here to dl the player? www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer
I had some issues with installing some software saying that I needed to have administrator privileges.
Says something similar on Adobe site

you could try this , i have used this sucessfully sometimes when i have had trouble with flash
use the removal tool found here
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157&sliceId=2
and then download the installer and run that and see if it does anything.

Hello
Ok I download Firefox and installed FLASH and it works it must be something wrong with IE 7 because it still asking for me to download it
Thank you

This happened to me too. You need to use the Flash removal tool that was posted by Nightwolf, then reinstall the Flash player. There's a knowledgebase article on Adobe's site about it but I can't seem to find it at the moment.
