Hello,
Looks like this x-mas I'm going to be buying kitchen stuff.....First it was a knife and now its a Hand Blender.
Just wondering what the better high end hand blenders are? What brand and so on?
Thanks again

KitchenAid makes a great one, a little pricey.
Also the Braun ones on this page are good.
Look around I'm sure you can find them cheaper, if your intrested in them.

Braun. My parents have had one for 10 years and it's still going strong.
I'm swearing off Kitchenaid appliances (except, maybe, for the mixers). We outfitted our kitchen with Kitchenaid products when we bought our house 3 years ago, and one by one they're dying -- including the hand blender last month which was used only a few times. That was preceeded by 2 coffee makers and some utensils. We've placed bets on whether it will be the toaster or the blender that goes next.

Some years ago, the home shopping club had a hand blender on sale, it`s made in Italy, I got it, and I can tell you, that`s it is the best. you can turn milk to cream, grind coffe, nuts and ice.I wish I had it when my kids where babies, it`s one of the best gadgets I bought. they don`t have it any more, there for my advice is to check for motor power.
