hey,
about 1 year ago i purchased a Creative Zen NX mp3 player. It was working pefectly up untill about a week ago. I am unable to transfer files to the player. When i plug it into the USB port, windows clearly detects that hardware was attached (it makes a ding ding noise, and the player turns on). But when i go into Creative's file transfer program (Creative Mediasource) it tells me its not even plugged in. When i go into my computer, it doesn't show up there anymore either. I tried re-installing the drivers, and all other Creative software on my computer, only to still have the same problem.
any ideas??
