Safely remove my hard drive?

This is Just plan odd...

I installed windows XP ona SATA drive and after i installed the drivers from the CD for the MOBO (an asus K8N)i found this nice little icon that says i can "safely remove C:/" lol Is that bloody possible? :eri: God i love windows
is every SATA drive able to be "safely removed" :tch: or is mine just blessed :vil:

Sata drives are supposed to be hot pluggable - hence the "Safely remove". I don't know why it's there sometimes and sometimes not. Mine's an Epox board - don't need to install drivers for straight sata - only for raid. My Windows is on an sata drive, and I don't have that icon (2nd drive is reg ide), so who knows......
