I'm setting up two new hard drives in a 1 array. I seemed to get things going along and wanted to set up my hard drives in two partitions. That is 112 Gb and the remaining, 38 Gb. Windows formatted the 112 Gb portion but seemed to skip over the other partition and did not even seem to format it. How do I find and recover this portion? I only see the one disk in "my computer".

I set up my original configuration with the original hard drive just to get on here and have a useable computer.

control panel/Administrative Tools/computer management and then disk management on the left.

you will see a listing of your disks and can do what you want to them by right clicking on them.

This will require that I have all the drives installed as I do this. I'll have to pick up another SATA cable and do it.

This seems very straightforward.

Thanks for the tip!
