i removed a few icons from my startup to speed up the system from going to msconfig..when i reboot my machine i get the popup saying vista is blocking startup programs or something like that..is there a way i can get rid of that popping up everytime i start up my machine?and second just got my new notebook and it gives me the security icon in the startup and and i want to remove that from the startup as i an't adding a virus program or anything like that...

1. that message should appear only once.
2. open the security centre in control panel. click show me my available options. and click don't monitor my antivirus software. you can choose this option for all 3 security centre options.
