This is what 4.5L's of Pesto looks like

Well, spent most of the afternoon making the stuff. 4.5L of Pesto. That should last me alittle while. :) That big container is 4L. Might have enough in a few weeks for another batch.

PS: The red jar is one of the strawberry batchs we made yesterday, BUSY weekend for me in the kitchen :)

mmmm pesto. My neighbour makes a big batch every year too, it's awesome

I do a BIG batch every 2 yrs or so. Freeze it and it's good as day one.
