Ipod shuffle

Hey guys, i was just wondering if there was a way to use the 1gb shuffle as a flash drive. I appreciate any help :)

Yes. At least on the Mac version of iTunes, you can set the preference to do so. Keep in mind that the iPod preference portion of iTunes' preferences are only displayed when an iPod is connected to the computer.

yeah i saw the option on the Windows version, and the shuffle shows up as a second drive for a couple of seconds and dissapears. i can even open it to see what files are open but then it closes before i can do anything with the files. :(
