Stupid Question Perhaps?

Every time I log on the WINDOWS folder opens up. Kind of annoying.
Can anyone tell me how to stop this from happening?

Please explain "Windows folder" and are you logging onto an active system or refering from boot?

Or...are you refering to Internet Explorer always opening at a Microsoft web site?

when i log onto any of the users on windows xp.. the folder WINDOWS on the C:Drive opens up.

Check your startup folder
If its showing there remove it
