Try as we might, and we do a pretty good job, but some of these just get through unnoticed.

For some unknown reason, (to us mods anyway) even after these twits are banned, they can continue to be able to use the PM system. So it might be a good idea, to report them or even post in this thread, if you come across someone doing this. That way we can deal with them.
