i have a 4x6 pic thats a bit blurry do u think or does anyone know if it can be fixed..it was taking on a digital camera but it wasn't mine all i ended up with was the picture...i would like to get the blur taken out if it can be done

Its really hard to fix a blurry pic. You have to have a very steady hand with a digital camera. Best thing I could suggest is take it to a good photo place and see what they can do. I doubt without major editing that you will get it really sharp.

I have clean up several somewhat soft pictures but you end up with grainy shot.

I managed to get this much out of a dark photo using PS. I assume you'll have to start out by scanning the 4X6 to even try, I don't know how much of a detriment that will be.

hope you don't mind Lesster I reworked you photo which you
did a fine job on. I wanted to demonstrate that if you work on
key elements of a picture you can make it appear more crisp.
while over working a photo is never good improvements can
be made. in this photo the key elements are the people so
I enhanced different parts of each person. now if you look
real close I also enhanced some non key elements the lamp,
the pillow by the window. some of the non key elements I
actually softened like the wall behind this makes the key
elements appear crisp.

the program used paint shop pro 7.
