Good old Steve Vai. You wanna see some good guitar playing check out his G3 guitar tour DVD from 2003 when Vai teams up with Joe Satriani and Yngwie Malmsteen. Hands down the best guitar playing I've ever seen.

Thats a cool site. I just found a something I haven't seen in years. Steve Vai from the 80's movie Crossroads with Ralph Macchio. The best guitar battle in movie history.

I was lucky enough to see Jimi Hendrix live and I would say he's still the best.

Steve Vai is one of today's greatest though. No question. But if you listen to some of Hendrix's work you can see (and hear) how Steve Vai was influenced by it.

Ya, I was at the concert, and the last G3 with Petrucci aswell. Awesome guitar player. Check out his Album Ultra Zone. One of my favourites.
